Display: Horizontal lines / noise on the monitor
If you are experiencing horizontal lines or noise on your display monitor, it may be related to issues with your HDMI or VGA cable connections, or port connections.
To troubleshoot horizontal lines / noise on your monitor:
- Remove and reset the cable connecting the DVR / NVR to the monitor / TV.
- Ensure the correct cable types are securely connected to the correct input ports on the DVR / NVR.
- Connect the monitor / TV to another device to confirm if the issue is in the monitor / TV.
